Microblading Shadow Day Training Experience with Chelsea
Spend a full day behind the scenes with me and gain an insider’s look into how I work with a busy, diverse clientele. A Shadow Day is the perfect opportunity to refine your skills, build confidence, and see real-life techniques in action across a wide range of brow types and client needs.
What you’ll experience:
You’ll join me in clinic for a full working day (approximately 9 hours) where you’ll observe every stage of my process, including:
- New client consultations & mapping
- First-time microblading procedures
- 4-week follow-up appointments
- Annual top-ups and colour refreshes
- Working with mature vs. youthful skin
- Understanding cool vs. warm undertones
- Fluffy, natural finishes vs. bold, defined styles
- Correcting asymmetry and previous work
- Client communication, comfort, and aftercare guidance
I typically see around 15 clients per day, giving you huge exposure to real scenarios, real skin, and real decision-making.
Throughout the day, I’ll talk you through my techniques, why I choose certain approaches, and how I adapt for different skin types, colours, ages, lifestyles, and brow goals. You can ask as many questions as you like — nothing is off limits.

1 Day Masterclass
(Hands-On Training)**
A focused day designed for trained artists who want to refine their technique and improve their results. Includes one demonstration and hands-on model work with Ashley’s guidance and tailored feedback.
Ideal for:
Experienced PMU artists wanting to elevate their skills.
Must already hold a lip blush qualification.
2 Day Masterclass
(Advanced Hands-On Training)**
An intensive two-day experience for qualified lip blush artists who are ready to level up.
Day 1 covers theory refresh, colour choices, technique breakdowns and a full demonstration with shared model work.
Day 2 focuses on two independent models, allowing you to work with confidence while receiving in-depth coaching.
Ideal for:
Artists wanting deep refinement and hands-on development.
Must already hold a lip blush qualification.
3 Day Complete Beginners Course
(ABT Accredited Training)**
No experience? No problem. This is Ashley’s full foundation course for those stepping confidently into the world of Permanent Makeup.
Across three comprehensive days you’ll cover:
